Eve on ION*

“I am absolutely delighted to announce that I will be working with the magnificent team at ION* @intelligenceofnature

ION* is the brain child of Dr Zach Bush @zachbushmd and is a supplement designed to support gut health from its very foundations – the gut barrier.

This innovative soil-derived support was founded on the idea that soil health and gut health are essentially not so different. Using the ‘gut garden’ analogy that I often refer to it is akin to enriching our own soil to help all of the microorganisms that live there to thrive.

The mantra of the brand is also very much about reconnecting to nature and as part of this mission they also contribute to Farmer’s Footprint which helps to provide pathways for more regenerative agricultural practises.

In my role, and over the next few months, I’ll be writing articles to highlight the need to consider the health of our gut barrier, the link between gut and soil health and other gut health related topics as well as hosting a ’Planet-Gut series’ of IG live chats with people who are equally passionate about supporting the health of our planet as well as our own. I have some fantastic guests lined up starting in September so watch this space.
