More recently it has been suggested that it may help support more balanced blood sugar levels after carbohydrate-rich meals. It can be added to salad dressings, sauces, diluted with water to drink before a meal or used in beauty treatments for the skin and hair.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10ml) with 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of unpasteurised honey (optional), up to 3 times daily.
Mix into salad dressings, sauces, marinades and pickling recipes. It can also be taken in water, used as a skin toner, or as a hair rinse.
