- How do I take Organic Inulin?
It dissolves in liquid and can be added to pretty much anything, including tea or coffee, as well as stirring into breakfast cereals.
For sleep, try taking 1 tsp in water or hot milk about 90 mins before bed.
If you've not used inulin before then we recommend starting off gradually.
Start with 1/4 tsp for 4 days, and increasing by 1/4 tsp every 4 days. This gives your digestive system time to get used to the extra soluble fibre.
We also recommend drinking more water throughout the day.
