Q – I am a practitioner, can I register for an account with you?

Q – I am a practitioner, can my clients order from you?

A – Yes, if you are registered with us as a practitioner you will find further information in our Virtual Dispensary.

Q – My practitioner has sent me a link to order products, do I need an account to order from you?

A – You do not need to have an account to order from us however some products are only available via practitioner referral to a client account and it is also easier to keep track of your orders if you have an account.

Product FAQ

Q – I think I’ve had a reaction to a product. What should I do?

A – The best way to be sure that your reaction is due to the supplements you are taking is to discontinue all new supplements and see if your symptoms go away. If they do you can re-introduce any supplements one at a time, monitoring any symptoms as you do so, to ascertain which supplement you are reacting to. Always tell your practitioner that you have reacted as this can give them useful clues to the way that your body is working and may help to tailor your personal protocol. 

Q – Can supplements be taken alongside medications?

A – We recommend all medications are checked for any contraindications with nutrients or herbs before starting a new supplement.  Speak with your healthcare practitioner for further advice.

Q – Are supplements suitable for children?

A – Many supplements are suitable from 12 years and the recommended dosage can be taken. Some products may also be suitable for younger children. We recommend speaking with your practitioner to check the suitability before use with children under 12.

Q – Why can I get similar products a lot cheaper if I get them from a high street chain?

A – Cheap supplements don’t use well researched or active ingredients in their formulations meaning that their products are typically far less effective. The supplements we stock use the highest quality ingredients which have been extensively tested and researched to ensure they meet our strict quality standards, as well as being more effective.

We require clients to register through their practitioner on our site before they can view our entire inventory; this ensures they are safely purchasing products that have been recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.

Q – How much will delivery cost?

A – The cost of postage will vary depending on where you live, how heavy your order is and how fast you want it. 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout – see below for a rough guide;

UK

Standard @ £3.49 (aims for 2 – 4 working days)

Express @ £8.49 (aims for 1 – 2 working days)

Guaranteed Next Working Day before 1pm prices start from £11.75

Europe/ROW

All prices and delivery times depend on weight and location.

Standard (by regular post, 4 – 21 working days) prices start from £4

Courier (by road, 3 – 5 working days) prices start from £15

Express (by air, 1 – 3 working days) prices start from £20.49

Q – When will I receive my order?

A – We aim for same day dispatch for orders placed before 3pm (2pm on Mondays or days following a public holiday) and we achieve this target in 95% of occasions.

UK customers will usually receive their orders within 5 working days.

If you haven’t received your order, check your dispatch email as there may be a link with tracking which will help you locate your parcel.

Customers outside the UK can receive their orders the next working day if they have selected the appropriate shipping method and the service is available to their country.

Typically, the majority of our customers will receive their orders within 14 working days.

Q. Will all my items arrive together?
A. We will always attempt to have all your items sent in one despatch, however, if you order a product on backorder this may be dispatched separately and at a later date. You will only be charged for a single delivery even if we send your order separately.

Q – How will Brexit affect my order?

A – Tax will be payable upon delivery.  The free trade deal applies to products of UK or European origin.  Products not of UK or European origin may attract additional duties upon receipt.  Please note delivery times may increase due to the additional checks required at border points.

Q – Can I return my order?

A – We operate a 30 day return policy.
