Keep It Clean

Sulphur stinks. We’re not being mean, it’s true.  Sulphur can actually smell similar to rotten eggs but it has amazing natural cleansing properties and regular use can significantly help your skin stay clean and healthy.

Let’s get a bit more scientific – Keep it Clean Sulphur Soap is antifungal, antibacterial and keratolytic. Basically the soap works by encouraging your skin to shed dead skin cells that could block pores and cause acne. It also helps to dry out any excess sebum production and kills off the nasty bacteria.  Keep it Clean promotes circulation, decreases inflammation and stimulates your body’s own natural healing powers.

In a nutshell, Keep it Clean is an essential addition to your bathroom, even if it is a bit whiffy.

Beehive Yourself

Sulphur occurs naturally in the environment and is the thirteenth most abundant element in the earth’s crust. It’s natural anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, means it can clear bacteria from the pores that would otherwise lead to acne and also help to prevent new bacteria from manifesting on the skin’s surface. It also reduces the production of sebum in the skin, which leads to oiliness.

Royal jelly is a milky secretion produced by worker honey bees, known for its anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and antibacterial agents. Royal jelly contains natural vitamins and minerals that lead to increased collagen production. It also helps to fight fine line and wrinkles.

Propolis is a powerful anti-microbial, anti-viral and anti-fungal ingredient that purifies the skin. Propolis or bee glue is a resinous mixture that honey bees produce by mixing saliva and beeswax with exudate gathered from tree buds, sap flows, or other botanical sources. It is used as a sealant for unwanted open spaces in the hive.

Jojoba oil has anti-inflammatory properties which help reduce redness caused by drying, ease the effects of eczema and rosacea, and keep skin calm and comfortable. The Vitamin E and B-complex vitamins in the Jojoba oil help in skin repair and damage control.
