Suggested Use
Nacho cheese sauce:
1 cup cashews (soaked 2 + hours), 1/2 red bell pepper (dr-seeded), 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1 1/2 tbsp Himalayan pink salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1/4 – 1/2 cup water.
Blend all ingredients together in blender till smooth and creamy.
