Begin the Daily Supplement at one-half the recommended dose and work up to the full dose over the course of one week. At the beginning of week 2, add the Daily Enzyme at one-half the recommended dose and work up to the full dose by the end of the week. At the beginning of week 3, add the NightTime Formula at one-half the recommended dose and work up to the full dose by the end of the week.
