Returns & Refunds

YourHealthBasket operate a no quibble 14 day return policy*.

Additionally, the CCR give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 14 calendar days for any reason.

*YourHealthBasket accepts returns of products returned in perfect re-saleable condition i.e. in original, undamaged packaging, not used, with protective seal in place.  

YourHealthBasket cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for allergic reactions or products which “do not agree” with a customer.

You are advised to thoroughly research the product and its ingredients prior to purchase and again prior to breaking the seal / taking the supplement. You should take into account your own health, current medications and any other factors which may influence the effect of the product on you as an individual.

Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of the date of dispatch of the original order and an extension on this timescale will not be granted unless the circumstances are highly unusual.

Please note, if a brand or manufacturer offers a money back guarantee on their products, this only applies when purchasing direct from their site unless otherwise stated by ourselves. We will not be able to honour such guarantees and products purchased from us are purchased on that understanding.

If you do decide to cancel your order or you wish to return an item, then you must put this in writing. The most efficient method would be to email mail@yourhealthbasket.co.uk with your order number in the subject of the email.

You should then await authorisation and further instructions.

 

Special Order Items, Sale Items & Short Dated Items.

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for Special Order Items, Sale Items or Short Dated Items.
It is your responsibility to ensure these specific products are suitable for your needs.


Returns may be void without requesting prior authorisation.

Any returned orders taking advantage of the free postage service may have this amount debited from their refund should the return be no fault of the seller.

If a parcel is refused, this does not constitute an authorised return.
If a courier delivery is refused through no fault of the seller, the outbound postage cost and any costs incurred for returning are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. It is highly advisable to obtain proof of postage.

We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods or offer store credit as agreed.

Orders returned made via a wholesale account or a practitioner bulk buy will be subject to a restocking fee.  

If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.
